Patrick F. N. Anderson, President & CEO

Mr. Anderson is an exploration geologist, entrepreneur and business executive with over 20 years of experience working in the resource sector. After graduating with a geology degree from the University of Toronto, he moved to Venezuela to work as the resident project geologist on a successful kimberlite exploration program. Since then, he has been a consulting geologist on gold, base metals and diamond projects for junior explorers, major producers and mineral industry consulting firms in South America, North America and Europe. Mr. Anderson was a director, President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Aurelian Resources Inc. which discovered a 13.7 million ounce gold deposit in 2006 and was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Mr. Anderson sits on the board of Osisko Mining Inc. and Strongbow Exploration Inc. He was named Mining Man of the Year by The Northern Miner in 2009 and received the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s Thayer Lindsley award for an international mineral discovery in 2008.

Eric Tremblay, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Tremblay brings more than 25 years of mine building and mine operations experience, mostly at underground mining operations, culminating in his previous position as General Manager at Canada’s largest gold mine, Canadian Malartic, which is jointly owned by Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited and Yamana Gold Inc. In 2014 his team achieved a record of more than 500,000 ounces of production at a cost under $700/oz. Previously, he was General Manager at IAMGOLD’s Westwood Project, where he participated in closure of the Doyon Mine and construction of the Westwood Project. Mr. Tremblay was charged with completing the permitting, scoping study, feasibility study, surface construction and underground development at Westwood. Also while at IAMGOLD, he was General Manager of the Sleeping Giant Mine, an underground mine using multiple mining methods (long hole, shrinkage, room and pillar). His mandate was to optimize production and return the mine to profitability. Previous positions included Underground Superintendent at Cambior’s Mouska Mine, Underground Captain/Project Engineer/Senior Supervisor over a seven-year period at Cambior and Barrick’s Doyon Mine, where he was involved in mine-planning, construction, development and production. Mr. Tremblay graduated from Laval University with a B.Sc. in mining engineering and mineral processing.

Keith D. McKay, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McKay serves as Dalradian’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McKay is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in the mining industry, including public company reporting requirements, financing, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. McKay sits on the board of Osisko Mining Inc. Mr. McKay was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Continental Gold Limited, Chief Financial Officer of Andina Minerals Inc., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Aurelian Resources Ltd., Senior Vice President of Financial Operations with an international engineering and project management services firm and Controller at Rio Algom Ltd.

Brian Kelly, Managing Director, Dalradian Gold Limited

Brian Kelly joined Dalradian as Managing Director of the Company’s Northern Ireland subsidiary, Dalradian Gold Ltd. in 2014, bringing extensive experience in the aggregates and materials industries. Previously, Dr. Kelly was with CEMEX, a global leader in the building materials industry with operations in over 50 countries. After joining RMC UK in 1994, Brian moved to Readymix plc in Ireland in 1996 and remained with the company after the acquisition of the Group by CEMEX. During this period, he served as Regional Director for Northern Ireland and also as Managing Director for Ireland. Responsibilities included the strategic development of the business, profit performance of the Irish business unit, staff development and customer relations. He also worked extensively in the aggregates and materials industry in Ireland and the UK as well as project work across Europe and Australia. Brian holds a BSc (Hons) in Combined Sciences and a PhD in Civil Engineering and Transport, both from the University of Ulster (UUJ).

Marla Gale, VP, Communications

Ms. Gale joined Dalradian with more than 18 years of corporate communications experience, including extensive mining industry experience. Most recently VP Investor Relations at Endeavour Mining, a West African gold producer, she also held senior communications roles at Aurelian Resources, Malbex Resources and Andina Minerals. Ms. Gale began her career at Hume, Kieran, a small cap investor relations consultancy where she served a range of clients, including junior mining companies. While at Fleishman-Hillard, a global PR agency, and The Works Design Communications, she consulted for a range of companies including Agnico-Eagle, Falconbridge and Harry Winston.
